Gua Sha helps to relieve blockage in the meridian channels to enhance blood circulation and encourage detoxification which can also be complemented by other TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping and Tuina to enhance the treatment benefits. ​

Wow! I am impressed. Even better than the previous one I went (elsewhere). The doctor is good, and found out which muscle I pulled. The therapist is even better. Look for Helen, she will muscle by muscle settle for u. I had a very bad shoulder sprain, pain until I cannot even look up the sky or drink water (tilt head). She even explained how each muscle and tendons are connected. I came out and found myself much better and able to tilt my head up. It was such a relief. Most important, my arm is much mobile than previously. Definitely recommended!
